What is Enrollment Letter? An enrollment letter is an official letter issued by the university to confirm a student's enrollment. It confirms that a student at a university has already secured a seat. It also confirms the semester and date of commencement of the course.
Date: Insert Date To Whom It May Concern. This letter confirms that Your Name, student ID Student ID Number, is currently enrolled in the Course Name at University Name. The course began on Start Date, and Your Name is expected to graduate on Expected Graduation Date.
Undergraduate students may now order official University letters via the my.brocku.ca student portal. Letters will be available for download via the student portal once payment has been received.
Please follow these steps to access Verification of Enrolment forms: Log into SOLUS Student Centre. Select the Academic Records tile. Select the Verification of Enrollment navigation. Select the applicable year. Select the Retrieve button (see note below) When finished, select SOLUS Student Centre to return to the main page.
View Your Enrolment Appointment on SOLUS Log into SOLUS Student Centre. Select the Manage Classes tile. Select the Enrolment Dates navigation. Select the term for which you want to enrol. Select Continue. Look under Enrolment Appointments to see the date and time when the appointment begins and ends.
