Sign in to reportaproblem.apple. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund". Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit.
Tap "Report an Issue." Tap "I need help from Apple with this transaction." Then tap "Report a Problem to Apple." Sign in with your Apple Account and password. Under "What can we help you with?" tap "Request a refund," then complete the form and tap Submit.
