The Department of Design and Construction now utilizes open Requests For Proposals (RFP) for most of its design and construction management contracts. The Proposal must be complete and prepared in the format consistent with the instructions provided in this RFP.Applicants must complete and include all Exhibits for submission with the Proposal. The Exhibits for New Construction Projects are on the following pages. All responses, including but not limited to the Technical Proposal (Questionnaire) and Price Proposal (Items) must be submitted through the PASSPort System.
