Obtaining a building permit prior to construction or installation. Enter the permit or planning case number in the "Plan Number" field.Provides guidance for land use development, long range planning, housing, and environmental policies. This means that we no longer accept paper plan submittals. All submittals must be done in digital format via the VIP Portal. Specified plans and reports for final plat, along with the required fees, shall be submitted to the development services department. This needs to include: Lot lines with dimensions, buildings with dimensions to property lines, street with names, north arrow indication, engineering scale. Prepared plans and specifications should clearly call out only those specific uniform specifications and details required for the project. A conditional use permit is required for buildings or structures constructed, the use of vacant land, changes in the character of the use of land or building.
