The Deferred Prosecution program allows the Prosecutor to Defer Prosecuting your case, provided you complete treatment requirements ordered by the court, pursuant to an assessment you complete with a state certified treatment provider.
To request a Deferred Finding, please select a hearing by checking one of the boxes on your ticket and submit within 30 days of issuance of the ticket. You will receive a hearing notice in the mail which will include your court date & time, and a form at the bottom and on the back.
