With direct deposit, you receive your tax refunds and benefit payments faster and securely, directly in your account at a Canadian bank or credit union. If you would like to begin Direct Deposit or modify how your funds are distributed, you must complete Form AC 2772 with your banking information.Complete Part C or attach a blank cheque with "void" written on it. The digits at the bottom of your cheque are described below. If you are unable to attach a check, please write your permanent address in the space where the check should be attached. Download the CRA Direct Deposit Form. You can sign up for direct deposit to receive your payments from the CRA. You will need to find your banking information at the bottom of your personal cheques. To change direct deposit, fill in your old banking information that exactly matches CRA records below the new banking information. If completing Part C of this form, account routing information can be obtained from the financial institution into which direct deposit payments are to be made.
