Personal knowledge is the recognition of particular facts by either direct observation or experience. Information and belief is what the affiant feels he or she can state as true, although not based on firsthand knowledge.

Nevada law requires all notaries to have a $10,000 notary surety bond for the duration of their commission. The Nevada notary bond protects the people of Nevada from any mistakes you might make while performing your notarial duties.
The bond is filed with the County Clerk's Office of the county in which you reside. When the bond is filed with the county clerk, the clerk will provide the notary with a filing notice.
