Description

In a deed, a grantee may agree to do something or refrain from doing certain acts. This agreement will become a binding contract between the grantor and the grantee. An example would be an agreement to maintain fences on the property or that the property will only be used for residential purposes. This kind of covenant is binding, not only between the grantor and the grantee, but also runs with the land. This means that anyone acquiring the land from the grantee is also bound by the covenant of the grantee. A covenant that provides that the grantee will refrain from certain conduct is called a restrictive or protective covenant. For example, there may be a covenant that no mobile home shall be placed on the property.

A restrictive or protective covenant may limit the kind of structure that can be placed on the property and may also restrict the use that can be made of the land. For example, when a tract of land is developed for individual lots and homes to be built, it is common to use the same restrictive covenants in all of the deeds in order to cause uniform restrictions and patterns on the property. For example, the developer may provide that no home may be built under a certain number of square feet. Any person acquiring a lot within the tract will be bound by the restrictions if they are placed in the deed or a prior recorded deed. Also, these restrictive covenants may be placed in a document at the outset of the development entitled "Restrictive Covenants," and list all the restrictive covenants that will apply to the tracts of land being developed. Any subsequent deed can then refer back to the book and page number where these restrictive covenants are recorded. Any person owning one of the lots in the tract may bring suit against another lot owner to enforce the restrictive covenants. However, restrictive covenants may be abandoned or not enforceable by estoppel if the restrictive covenants are violated openly for a sufficient period of time in order for a Court to declare that the restriction has been abandoned.

FAQ

Use piercing weapons to fight the Eater -- you want to hit as many segments as possible. Guns don't really have a good piercing option at this stage of the game, so use a bow with Unholy or Jester arrows. Spiky Balls also work well.

Piercing weapons work well against the Eater of worlds. A decent bow with Jester or Unholy Arrows, a Flail of some description, a Vilethorn (combo with a Shark Tooth Necklace to help make up for its low damage), Spiky Balls from a Goblin Invasion... there's a lot of options.

After the boss fight, spawn The Eater of Worlds's influence in a T12+ map, and then T13/14/15/16+, by using the button on the map device. Defeat the T16 boss and the boss will drop another invitation: Screaming Invitation. Use the invitation in the map device to open the map and defeat the The Eater of Worlds.

Before you can encounter the Eater of Worlds for the first time (quest) you have to defeat the Infinite Hunger. Following Kirac's Quest line, you receive a quest version of the Screaming Invitation , allowing you to access the Absence of Symmetry and Harmony.

The Eater of Worlds is a pre-Hardmode Corruption-themed worm boss. It is summoned using Worm Food from within the Corruption and Underground Corruption, or by destroying 3 Shadow Orbs that spawn in Corruption-filled worlds.

Recruit 1. select Under One Rule origin. 2. complete Psionic ascension tradition. 3. have luminary almost die of old age. 4. do expensive experimental healthcare. 5. use plantatery decision to setup even more expensive life support for luminary. 6. Get shroud event to make luminary the immortal chosen one.

Before players can enter the Shroud, they'll first need to complete the Breach the Shroud Tradition in the Psionic Ascension Path. This isn't an easy Stellaris Tradition to reach, as it in turn requires players to have completed the Mind Over Matter Ascension Perk or Psionic Theory Technology.

The Shroud is an immaterial realm of pure psionic energy outside of the physical universe. All sentient species are linked in some way to the Shroud, however only a few will achieve the psionic ascension necessary to draw on its power directly.
