Enter the filing date of the application that is the basis for the priority claim. A priority date patent establishes the priority date as the earliest date an application may claim precedence.Date of first use means the Mark must be in use before submitting the Mark registration form. The date must include month, day and year. To start the filing process, select the Mark Type for the registration and then select the Next button. The system provides a step-by-step processing flow.
