The PTC does not text our E-ZPass or Toll By Plate customers. However, we do work with two debt collection agencies, Harris and Harris and TSI. Both companies will text customers that have a significant overdue balance.
How to Apply for a Letter of Credit. The exporter and their bank must be satisfied with the creditworthiness of the importer's bank. Once the Sales Agreement is completed, the importer applies to their bank to open a Letter of Credit in favor of the exporter.

Obtain a letter of credit application from the bank and fill it out with the relevant information. Submit the letter of credit application to your bank for approval. Once the application is approved, the bank will provide you with an irrevocable letter of credit.
A letter of credit includes terminology similar to “documents must be presented within 10 days after the bill of lading date but within the validity of the letter of credit.” For example, if the shipment took place on January 1, documents must be presented no later than January 11 or the expiration date if earlier.
Your letter should clearly identify each item in your report you dispute, state the facts, explain why you dispute the information, and request that it be removed or corrected. You may want to enclose a copy of your credit report with the items in question circled.
If you miss a payment, the debt may be in delinquency for up to 180 days on your credit report before it's charged off and sent to collections. Then, it is allowed to stay on your report for seven years as a collection account.
DEBT COLLECTORS CANNOT: contact you at unreasonable places or times (such as before AM or after PM local time); use or threaten to use violence or criminal means to harm you, your reputation or your property; use obscene or profane language;
Collectors cannot legally restart the clock on the statute of limitations (seven to 10 years, depending on the debt) through any re-aging techniques or through the sale to a different debt collector. The Federal Trade Commission has shut down the operations of collection agencies for attempting to re-age debts.
