How do I get a bank statement? It's simple. If you aren't sent your statements by post, you can go to your online banking page, which will list out all of your statements. From there, you can download a PDF, or order a paper version by mail.

Complete the application on the Certificate of Residency website. Two (2) forms of proof of address must accompany your application.Applicants must include their mailing address (in the U.S.) and legal address (foreign). Suffolk county asks for proof of residence in the form of a utility bill, tax bill, or voter registration card. Generally, employees have up to 90 days to establish City residence if they are residing outside of the City at the time of appointment. Questions about completing the forms should be addressed to the Surrogate's Court in the county in which the proceeding will be brought.
