If you do not have access to online banking, you can call your bank's customer service line. They can help you get a paper copy of your statement. You can find the number for customer service on the back of your debit card or in the contact section of the bank's website.
In-branch – your branch can give you a copy of your bank statement and help you access your bank statements online.
You can download a statement in the mobile banking app or online banking in PDF format – to share purposes or print at home.
Getting your statement Unless you choose to go paperless or have a FlexDirect current account, we'll send you your statement in the post each month. If you request a copy of your statement in the post, you'll get it in 10 working days. To request a copy, you can: chat to us in our Internet Bank.
