Passport. Your passport is your legal identification document. You must maintain a valid, unexpired passport for the duration of your program. If your passport will expire within the next 6 months you will need to contact the Embassy of your home country for instructions on how to extend it.
A TPS travel authorization document does not replace your passport. Please note that having a TPS travel authorization document does not guarantee that you will be allowed to reenter the United States.
