Any person who has a severe and permanent upper limb mobility or dexterity impairment that substantially impairs the person's ability to deposit coins in toll baskets, has a valid driver's license, and operates a vehicle specially equipped for use by the disabled.
War Time Veteran Disabled 10% or More Property Tax Discount: Veterans who have a combat related disability rating from the VA of 10% or more are eligible for an exemption from property taxes up to $5,000 in assessed value. Surviving spouses can receive the discount as long as they do not remarry.

Since VA disability income is non-taxable, it generally doesn't have to be reported. If disability benefits are your only income, you likely won't have to file an income tax return at all. If you have other taxable income, you will still have to file as usual.
