Every person who wants to get his/her degree attested from HEC must need to apply online at . The applicant must fill in online application form and submit it to HEC. On successful submission of application, the applicant will receive an SMS and email.
Mr./Ms. Your Name authorizes Mr./Ms. blank CNIC# blank to obtain attestation of their bachelor's degree from the Higher Education Commission on their behalf due to a busy schedule. The authorization letter includes the required educational documents and a copy of Mr./Ms.
