Filing Consumer Complaint Online- India The helpline, consumerhelpline.in, has been launched by the Department of Consumer Affairs to create awareness, advise and redress consumer grievances and act as a central registry for lodging consumer grievances.

Register online to file grievances/complaints online at Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment (CORE) Centre under Consumer Coordination Council (CCC) which is supported by Department of Consumer Affairs. To register, users need to provide their name, user name, password and contact details in the form provided.

Consumers may register complaints against goods and services. Users can create an account on the National Consumer Helpline portal to lodge their grievances, ensuring that their issues are formally recorded and addressed by the concerned authorities.
