A Request for Withdrawal form must be completed for students seeking to withdraw. For withdrawals during the school year, the withdrawal process can be handled at the student(s) school and requires up to one (1) business day from the time you make the withdrawal request to its completion.
Generally, the enrolling custodial parent or a legally court appointed guardian can withdraw a student. Be prepared to present picture ID and in some instances, a certified copy of a court order. Verification will be made to ensure you are on the student's personal information card.
