Applying for Graduation To access the application, students should log in to CougarWeb and select "Apply to Graduate" under the Student Quick Links section. Upon submission of the form a confirmation page will be displayed and students will receive communication regarding graduation via their CougarMail account.

Full-time status is 12 credit hours during the Fall and Spring semesters and six (6) credit hours in a Summer session. Full-time status for mini-semesters varies.

If a class is full when a student goes to register, that student may be placed on a waiting list. Students will be notified if space becomes available or if an additional class section is scheduled.

BEFORE the application deadline, send official transcripts from all previous colleges attended to: Respiratory Care Program Director --Office H207, Collin College Central Park Campus 2200 West University Drive, McKinney, Texas 75071. If you are NEW to Collin, please submit transcripts to the Admissions Office first.

FIRST: Call or email your school's Office of the Registrar; they are the department responsible for archiving student transcript information.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Students must be currently admitted to Collin College to request a degree plan evaluation. Official transcripts can be sent to transcripts@collin.
