As a service to Collin College students, the Financial Aid Office administers a comprehensive financial aid program that includes grants, loans and part-time employment for those who meet the eligibility requirements.

Click Sign in. On Self-Service Welcome page, click Student Planning. On Steps to Getting Started page, click Go to Plan & Schedule. On Plan your Degree and Schedule your courses page, scroll through the list of courses until you find the course you want to drop, and then click Drop.

Students can login to their CougarWeb account and get an instant verification certificate provided by NSC by choosing the "Enrollment Verification" link in Student Quick Links.

After the add/drop period, students may request a withdrawal from a course(s) via Banner under the Course Withdrawal Options. Students will be able to withdraw from one or more courses (at least one course will remain on schedule) or withdraw from all courses (no courses will remain on schedule).

Students are able to withdraw from a class (or classes) on CougarWeb. CougarWeb will process total withdrawals. Please refer to chart below for Last Day to Withdraw for the specified terms. Prior to withdrawing, students should talk with their professors and/or their advisors.

What is the refund policy? To receive a 100 percent credit of tuition and fees, you must drop your class before the first day of the term or part-of-term for your class. As of the first day of the term or part-of-term, partial refund deadlines begin.

To request a change in your degree program and/or have transcripts evaluated, login to CougarWeb. Under Student Quick Links, select "Request Change of Major." Candidates for an Associate degree or Certificate should submit a petition for graduation by the deadline established for that semester.

Students are able to withdraw from a class (or classes) on CougarWeb. CougarWeb will process total withdrawals.
