Yes. However, you will need to know your name, date of birth, most recent audit number and last four (4) digits of your social security number in order to login into the online system and order the duplicate driver license/ID card.
You cannot just walk in and get an instant identification card. However, you can go in person or order a new one online. Either way, they'll print you a paper ID for the meantime - this can be done at DPS or you can print it at home when requesting a new one. Just need the numbers from your ID if you do it at home.
