You can also submit a Withdrawal Form to Student Services at any campus by the deadline (See the Academic Calendar for the date). There are financial aid and other consequences for withdrawing from a course.

If you must withdraw, you should always withdraw officially by going to your advisor or dropping the class on your student account. You should not withdraw from a class by not going to the class anymore.

If you might need to miss more than 1 week of classes in any one semester you will be required to provide a doctor's note of explanation to avcforstudentlearning@pima.

Students may drop a course in UAccess Student: Log in to uaccess.arizona. click Enrollment. choose Add/Drop/Swap Classes. select the class(es) you wish to drop.
