You can also choose not to send email notifications. Guests' calendars are still updated, unless: Google Calendar users have the setting “Only if the sender is known” and they haven't interacted with you, don't have your email in their contacts, and aren't in the same domain.
Open Outlook and go to File. Click on Options. Select Calendar from the left-hand menu. Under "Meeting Response Options," check the box for "Never send a response."
Go to your Calendar in Outlook. Find and select the original meeting invitation. Click on Forward and choose whether to send it as a single occurrence or as a series if it's a recurring meeting. Enter the email addresses of those who did not receive it and hit Send.
Go to calendar in Outlook > Search the meeting you want to edit > Right click on the meeting invite and then forward. This will allow you to forward the invites only to the new members that you want to add and not to everyone. Hope this helps.
In the "Response Options" section, uncheck the "Request Responses" box. In the "Meeting Options" section, select "None" from the "Response Options" drop-down menu. Add the meeting details such as the subject, location, and start/end time. Click on the "Send" button to send the meeting request.
To accept a meeting request without sending a response in Outlook: In the Mail view, click to open the meeting request in the Reading Pane. Go ahead to click Accept > Do Not Send a Response at the top of the Reading Pane.
Open the calendar event in Outlook. Make the necessary changes to your meeting. Instead of sending the update to all attendees, select either "Save" or "Save and Close" depending on your version of Outlook.
