A moving permit is a document that allows a vehicle to be legally driven in the state for a short period of time (usually less than 30 days). It is only required when your vehicle is not currently registered or when you are transporting a vehicle that you have recently purchased and have not yet registered in Nevada.
Building permits are required for all construction not specifically exempted (see exempted work list listed on page 4). This includes houses, garages, most decks, commercial projects, installation of propane appliances, grading, projects requiring framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
How Do I Apply For A Special-use Permit Contact the Forest Service office where you want a permit to request an application. Prior to submitting the proposal, you are required to arrange a pre-application meeting at the local Forest Service office where the use is being requested.
Special Use Permits Are Required For Activities that have 25 or more people. Activities that do not fall under the generally accepted definition of passive use, regardless of the number of people. Examples of passive use are hiking, biking, birding, and fishing.
“Special Use Permit Application” means a request filed with the Zoning Administrator to consider a specific location not permitted by right in any district(s). “Variance Application” means a request requesting relief from the requirements of the code for reasons to be demonstrated by the applicant.
