Documents required for issue of permit to carry ashes: Copy of Passport, Visa , ID, Address proof of the applicant. Death Certificate in original, along with a copy thereof. Cremation Certificate in original, along with a copy thereof. Passport in original in r/o the deceased as well as photocopy thereof.
