Franklin accepts electronic transcripts from other institutions and from third-party transcript providers. In both cases, electronic transcripts must be emailed from the provider directly to transcripts@franklin.

Be sure to include Franklin's school code, 003046, on your FAFSA. New students who plan to use financial aid to assist in financing their education are required to complete the FAFSA before registering for their first semester.

OPTIONAL: Send us your SAT or ACT scores. Franklin College will also accept SAT or ACT test scores that are listed on your high school transcript, sent directly from a school counselor or a copy of your score report that shows your full name. They do not have to be sent from the official testing agency.
A Federal School Code Is always six characters: 0 (zero), G, B, or E followed by a five-digit number. For example, 003223 is the Federal School Code for the University of Oregon.
Students wishing to withdraw from a course must either utilize their personalized Web page, my.franklin, or submit an Add/Drop Form. After the first week of class, a withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” (Withdrawn) on the student's academic record but will not be calculated in the grade point average.

Tuition charges and/or refunds will be based on the date the student submits an Add/Drop Form to the University. The deadline for a student to withdraw from a class is the Sunday prior to the last scheduled week of class.
