Description

These consent minutes describe certain special actions taken by the Board of Directors of a corporation in lieu of a special meeting. It is resolved that the president of the corporation may borrow from a bank any sum or sums of money he/she may deem proper. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 41-1822 and 41-1828.01, the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) is responsible for establishing minimum qualifications for the recruitment, appointment and retention of all peace officers with the State and its political subdivisions.

Rule 74, Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, sets forth the requirements for the issuance of certificates of good standing. A certificate of good standing will include any prior discipline imposed, including any transfer to from disability inactive status, in the preceding ten (10) years.

A corporation or limited liability company must be registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission and in good standing with that agency before submitting an application for a contractor's license. The corporation or limited liability company must remain in good standing in order to renew their contractor's license.
