Use the checkboxes to select the books you want to share, then click Add to Library at the top of the page. Choose the family members you want to share with, and the books will be available on their Kindles.
Kindle books bought from Amazon are tied to that account and can't be transferred. When you deregister a kindle so you can swap account, it'll wipe the device, so any books on it will be deleted.

In settings tap 'parental controls'. Then select 'Amazon kids'. Enter your child's name and date of birth and then tap 'add child'.
