MTS Access provides complementary paratransit service that is comparable to the level of MTS fixed route service. This is offered within a ¾ mile radius of a nearby bus route and/or trolley station. MTS Access service is available during the same hours and days, including on holidays, as the MTS fixed route system.
OCEANSIDEOCEANSIDE — Transit leaders on Thursday imposed a ban on drinking alcohol on San Diego County's Coaster passenger line, a move that some said was long overdue and others criticized as short-sighted. North County Transit District's Board of Directors voted 8-0 to approve the ban, with one director absent.
COASTER – Commuter rail service from Oceanside to downtown San Diego. SPRINTER – Hybrid rail service from Escondido to Oceanside. LIFT – Paratransit service for those with disabilities who are unable to use the accessible fixed-route system.
COASTER Commuter Train Pet Policy: Small pets are allowed only in proper enclosed pet carriers. The carrier must be on the floor/lap and not on a seat.
This is from the Del Mar website: ``Is alcohol allowed on the beach? Alcohol is not allowed on the beach, beach accesses, park lands, and public parking lots from am on March 1st through the day after labor day at midnight. Alcohol is not allowed year round on city sidewalks and streets.
Fans riding the COASTER should remember that alcohol consumption is not allowed on COASTER trains.

Access Paratransit operates seven days a week, 24 hours of the day in most areas of Los Angeles County. It is a shared ride service that is curb-to-curb and utilizes a fleet of small buses, mini-vans and taxis. Fares are distance-based and range from $2.75 to $3.50 for each one-way trip.
