A customer may cancel his/her Customer Membership Agreement by submitting a signed cancellation form to Melaleuca, no later than pm (MST) on the last day of the month. Cancellation forms can be downloaded online by going here.

If you send by mail, be sure to send it with signature confirmation and a tracking number. Alternatively, you can send it as certified mail.
Can you pause a Melaleuca membership? Write a note requesting your account be put on hold and sign, date, and put your phone number on it. Take a picture with the app and hit send. Your account will be put on hold until you wish to restart.

How do I cancel my membership with Melaleuca? Call the company. To begin the cancellation process, you must call the customer service and enrollment department of Melaleuca at 1-800-262-0600. After providing the representative with your member identification number, explain to them that you wish to cancel your account.
A Customer may suspend his/her Customer Membership Agreement by submitting a completed Suspend Member Benefits form to Melaleuca bearing his/her original signature, printed name, address, Customer Number and reason for suspension.
Will I have a minimum order requirement? Your order requirements depend on your customer status. When you enroll as a Member you commit to ordering a minimum of 35 Product Points (your choice) every calendar month.
