You can find out when your Sky contract ends online by logging into your My Sky Account. Go to sky/myaccount. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Sign in' You'll be able to access your contract in the 'Your Contracts' section. If you can't see the one you need, select 'View all'.
You may also be able to find your contract end date via your provider's app (if you have downloaded it), by checking a bill, or looking through correspondence with your provider. If you're out of contract, take these steps to a better deal.
For Sky TV/Sky Q, HD, Sky+, Sky Multiscreen, Sky Q experience and Streaming TV (Sky Glass or Sky Stream): To end your contract, you'll need to give us at least 31 days' notice, which can't end before your minimum term finishes.
You have to give 31 days notice to cancel, so 31 days before your contract expires would be the time to call. Calling is the quickest way to cancel.
