In the Select action dropdown list, click Transfer Assignment. In the Transfer to dropdown list, select User. In the User's name field, enter the name of the user to whom you want to transfer the article. Optional: To transfer to a Work Queue or team, select that option in the Transfer to dropdown.

A worklist is a list of all of an individual user's tasks, arranged in descending order of importance. The term “Work Basket” is another name for the “Work Queue.” A list of all of a user group's assignments, prioritized ing to their level of importance is known as a work basket.
Pega stores this information in the `pxUpdateOperator` property on the work item (case). This property holds the ID of the operator who last updated the case.
