Submit a formal Letter of Withdrawal addressed to the Director of the Office of Admissions and Student Services (OASS). Early probate estate records are recorded on microfilm which must be viewed at the County Clerk's office during the hours of 9am – 11am and 1pm – 3pm, Monday through Friday. Probate staff must accompany researchers to that office, therefore we request that you call ahead to schedule a time when staff will be available.
