When a document is sent to a printer, it typically follows through a spooler- a temporary storage area where the print job is held until the printer is ready to process it. The spooler can retain information about the document, such as the file name, the user who sent it, and the number of copies requested.
Turn on your printer and access the printer menu as described earlier. Look for the document you want to reprint in the printer history list. Choose the document and select the “Reprint” option from the menu.
