When a document is sent to a printer, it typically follows through a spooler- a temporary storage area where the print job is held until the printer is ready to process it. The spooler can retain information about the document, such as the file name, the user who sent it, and the number of copies requested.
Turn on your printer and access the printer menu as described earlier. Look for the document you want to reprint in the printer history list. Choose the document and select the “Reprint” option from the menu.
When you click Save Print History on the File menu to enable the setting, the document printed from the preview is saved, and you can reprint the document with the same settings. Open the printer driver setup window. Then on the Maintenance tab, select View Print History.

Here's a basic method for locating and recovering an unsaved document: Click the "File" tab in the upper left corner of your Word document. Select "Manage Document." Hit "Recover Unsaved Documents" from the drop-down menu.
You can access that log file from the Event Viewer at any time. To view the print log, open Event Viewer using the search menu. Use the left pane to navigate to Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > PrintService and double-click the Operational log to view your print history.
If documents are not printing- Check to make sure printer is plugged in properly and is turned on. Try restarting the printer and wait a few seconds after turning it back on. Printer should begin printing as soon as the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi again.
