When you give documents to a Washington state court, it is important to format the documents correctly. This document outlines the rules you must follow. 14th Amendment provides, in part, that no state can "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits former government officials from holding public office again if they have engaged in insurrection or rebellion. The Due Process Clause provides that no states shall deprive any "person" of "life, liberty or property" without due process of law.
