BREAKING: UTAH SUPREME COURT EXTENDS BLOCK ON STATE'S ABORTION BAN. Salt Lake City, UT – Today, the Utah Supreme Court rejected Utah's request to overturn the preliminary injunction blocking SB 174, the state's near-total abortion ban. This decision means that abortion remains legal in Utah up to 18 weeks of pregnancy.
