If you are 16 or 17: No more than 50 hours per week. No more than 10 hours per day. No more than 6 consecutive days in a work week. Not before 6am or after 11pm.
Breaks: While there is no specific state law requiring breaks for minors, federal law (FLSA) requires that if an employee works more than 5 consecutive hours, they must be given a break of at least 30 minutes. So, if a 16-year-old is working 8 consecutive hours, they must be provided with at least a 30-minute break.

The rules vary depending upon the particular age of the minor and the particular job involved. As a general rule, the FLSA sets 14 years old as the minimum age for employment, and limits the number of hours worked by minors under the age of 16.
Minors 16 years of age or older may not be employed before 6 am or after 12 midnight during a regular school week. The minor may not be employed for more than 8 hours in a single day or more than 28 hours per week during a regular school week.
For minors aged 16 and 17: Work hours cannot exceed eight daily and 40 weekly. They cannot work more than six consecutive days. Work hours can only be scheduled between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. On a day before the weekend or a non-school day, these minors can work till midnight, if required.
