You may file a complaint with the Independent Ombudsman by mail at PO Box 99, Huntsville, TX 77342, by e-mail at io@tdcj.texas, or by using the available webform Ombudsman Request Form.

Alternatively, the appeal can also be sent vide e-mail at aaos@rbi.in. Further, if the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Ombudsman, he/she is at liberty to explore other recourses and/or remedies available, as per law.
