Wabasha (population 2400) is Minnesota's oldest community and one of the oldest cities along the Mississippi. Native and fur trade communities in this area go back to the 1600s, and Wabasha, continuously occupied since 1826, was established as a town in 1830.
Neumann's Bar and Grill in North Saint Paul opened in 1887 and bills itself as the oldest continuously operating bar in the state. Jim Neuman's father started the bar and it opened as a tavern that sold only Hamm's Beer brought the bar from the Saint Paul factory on horse and buggy.

The UBE is a two-day examination consisting of the Multistate Performance Test (MPT), the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), and the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE). The first day of testing, on Tuesdays, involves 6 essays from the MEE for 3 hours and 2 items from the MPT for 3 hours.
A passing score for the bar in Indiana is 264. Scores of the three tests comprising the bar are weighted as follows: MBE = 50% of your total score. MPT = 20% of your total score.
There is no bar reciprocity in California, though the state does offer a modified bar exam to those who have actively practiced law for at least four years immediately preceding their bar application.
