To correct or change your name on your passport through the online application process, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the official Passport Seva portal online. Also, every applicant is given opportunity to verify particulars at Counter-A of PSK/POPSK. However, if you find any mistake/error in the particulars printed in the passport booklet as per the application form submitted, please return the passport for necessary rectification at Regional Passport Office concerned.
