18 U.S.C. Sec. 2246(3) Definition of "Sexual Contact" is a federal law which defines sexual contact as any intentional touching, either directly or through clothing, of the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, or arouse or gratify sexual desire of any person. This definition includes any contact with the body of a minor involving the sexual organs, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks. There are two types of sexual contact: contact with an adult, and contact with a minor.
