The Pennsylvania Statement of Domestication — OtherDSCCB:15-161] is a document used to recognize a foreign entity that has been incorporated in Pennsylvania. It is also known as the Certificate of Domestication of Foreign Entity. This document is needed for a foreign entity to become a domestic entity in the state of Pennsylvania. There are two types of Pennsylvania Statement of Domestication — OtherDSCCB:15-161], namely the Domestic Entity Domestication [DSC: 15-161A] and the Domestic Entity Amendment [DSC: 15-161B]. The Domestic Entity Domestication [DSC: 15-161A] is used to register a foreign entity in the state of Pennsylvania. The Domestic Entity Amendment [DSC: 15-161B] is used to update the information of a foreign entity already registered in the state of Pennsylvania. This document must be filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State.
