El trabajador que haya sido despedido injustificadamente tendra derecho a: IndemnizaciA³n consistente en el importe de tres meses de salario (IndemnizaciA³n Constitucional). La parte proporcional de aguinaldo. La parte proporcional de vacaciones.

La base limite para su cA¡lculo es de 4 salarios mA­nimos legales vigentes. Como en El Salvador, el salario mA­nimo para 2021 se mantiene en $300, esto significa que la base lA­mite para su cA¡lculo es de $1,200.
