This form provides that the buyer, seller, or owner of a particular motor vehicle appoints power of attorney to the individual named in the form. The form also provides that the individual grants and gives to the attorney-in-fact full authority and power to do and perform any and all acts necessary or incident to the execution of the powers expressly granted with the power to do and perform all authorized acts, as fully to all interests and purposes as the grantor might, or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution.
