If you see unauthorized transactions, please promptly contact the financial institution that issued your card. Typically, there is a customer service number for your financial institution listed on the back of the card or on your billing statement.
You must file your dispute request within the specified timeframe determined by Walmart, and you can only file a dispute for an item only one at a time. Dispute a Transaction Log in to your Walmart MoneyCard app & tap Transactions. Review the transaction & details. If you still do not recognize a transaction after reviewing the details, you can contact us at (877) 937-4098, 7 AM PT - 9 PM PT, 7 days a week to dispute a transaction.
The appeal must be received by Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem) within 365 days from the date on the notice of the letter advising of the action.
Contact the retailer: If you are sure the card is not activated, contact the retailer where you purchased the card. Bring the card and the receipt to the store and explain the situation. They should be able to assist you in activating the card or issuing a refund.
Gift Cards do not expire. 4. Returns and Refunds. Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.
