Step 1: Go to collin.onelogin and login with your username and password. Step 2: Click on the Office 365 icon. Step 3: Click on the Outlook icon. Step 4: Sign in with your Collin username @collin (Ex:Cougar1@Collin) and password.
Students will need to contact HelpDesk via email at helpdesk@collin including the following information: student's full name, CWID, Collin College email address and description of problem.
Please note: Whether if transcript was received at Collin College electronically or by regular mail, it may take up to 7 - 10 business days to process, as each transcript must be manually reviewed. Transcript processing during peak season may be longer.
