Wyoming SCD Claim-6A for Home Nursing Services is a program for eligible Wyoming residents to receive home nursing services and related services. This program is available to individuals with a medical condition, such as a chronic illness or disability, that requires skilled nursing care. These services may include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, medical social services, and home health aide services. There are two types of Wyoming SCD Claim-6A for Home Nursing Services: Claim-6A Public Home Nursing Services and Claim-6A Private Home Nursing Services. Claim-6A Public Home Nursing Services provide in-home care services to eligible clients who are recipients of Medicaid, Medicare, or other state-funded programs. Claim-6A Private Home Nursing Services provide in-home care services to eligible clients who are not recipients of Medicaid, Medicare, or other state-funded programs.
