Notice of Publication is a document that is used when a business entity wishes to publish information about a transaction or activity, such as a merger, dissolution, sale of assets, or appointment of a receiver. This Notice must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the business is located. It must be published once a week for three consecutive weeks and must be published before the transaction or activity can be completed. There are four types of Wyoming Misc 4.
