(D) Each exposure incident shall be recorded on the Sharps Injury Log within 14 working days of the date the incident is reported to the employer.

Paragraph (h)(5)(i) now states, "The employer shall establish and maintain a sharps injury log for the recording of percutaneous injuries from contaminated sharps.
