The WOULD is an alternative to the traditional contempt of court proceeding and provides the Court with the ability to appoint counsel to represent a party who is unable to locate or afford legal representation on their own. There are two types of Washington Order Assigning Lawyer Re Contempt: the Rule 11 Order and the Emergency Order.
