Washington Offender Registration Attachment (WORK) is an attachment to the Washington State Offender Registration statute. It requires Washington State residents convicted of certain offenses to register with the state’s Department of Corrections. Offenders must provide personal information such as their name, address, photo, physical description, criminal history, and the offenses they are convicted of. This information is then made available to law enforcement agencies and the public. There are two types of Washington Offender Registration Attachment: Level I and Level II. Level I is the most serious and requires offenders to register for 15 years. Level II requires offenders to register for 10 years. Both levels require offenders to update their information annually.
